Who we are looking for:
A highly motivated self-starter that can collaborate with multiple internal teams while supporting the Global Cybersecurity (GCS) Texas RAMP Compliance initiative. Primary responsibilities include working with management and a third-party consultant to develop, implement and run the Texas RAMP Compliance office. Other responsibilities include working collaboratively across State Street IT and business organizations to drive and measure compliance to Texas RAMP requirements.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (I.E. NIST CSF and NIST 800:53) and hands on experience with the rigor required to achieve compliance with them. Experience with one or more of the following frameworks is a big plus, Texas RAMP, State RAMP or Fed RAMP.
The job is based in eastern Massachusetts.
What you will be responsible for:
Establishing processes and procedures required to meet Texas RAMP administrative requirements
Working collaboratively with Information Technology and business teams to drive and measure compliance with Texas RAMP
Ensuring PMO documentation is kept up-to-date and in alignment with current Texas RAMP requirements
Working with the Texas Department of Information Resources to ensure State Street’s ongoing compliance to RAMP standards and to maintain a good working relationship with them
Driving continuous process improvement year over year

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
