What You’ll Do As a Director of Product Commercialization Strategy - Global, you will be responsible for validating business cases, comparing benefits and value delivered versus competitive offerings, creating value bridges, and developing pricing strategies by segment and region. This role focuses on the financial aspects of the commercialization process to drive strategic growth and profitability. Duties will include: Validate financial and commercial viability of new product ideas. Conduct competitive analysis to compare benefits and value delivered. Develop and communicate value bridges to quantify customer value. Coordinate with Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment. Create and implement pricing strategies by segment and region. Align pricing strategies with overall business goals and market conditions. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies. Identify business opportunities and growth areas. Oversee the financial aspects of product launches and commercialization. Develop and manage budgets for new product introductions. Develop high-quality promotional tools and materials. Manage and coordinate global tradeshows and events. Cultivate relationships with technical, marketing, and advertising vendors. Customize marketing materials for different technologies and regions. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required. MBA from accredited institution preferred. 8+ years of professional experience in B2B sales and marketing. Technical sales experience preferred. Experience in developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Prior commercial and marketing experience preferred. Extremely proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Must be able to travel roughly 20%.
