Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from construction firms and other clients, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Assist customers in placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into our system, maintaining data integrity.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism, striving for prompt resolution.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction-related products a plus
