Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting sales efforts. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed in property and casualty insurance and who demonstrate a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
  • Handle customer inquiries, policy change requests, and sales inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for task management and documentation
  • Multitask efficiently and follow through on customer requests and inquiries
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all customer interactions
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while assisting customers with their insurance needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and tactfully
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adapt to stressful and difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Requirements
  • Preferred: Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Previous experience in insurance customer service and/or sales (not required but preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle stressful situations tactfully
  • Ability to pass a background check
