Customer Service Representative- (on-site)

We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and mature-minded individual to fill a full-time Customer Service support position in our Lakewood, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a sales team so they can focus on serving clients.
  • Answering customer questions, responding to inquiries, and providing basic product information.
  • Order follow up, credits and return authorizations
  • Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and services
  • Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

Proven work experience in a customer support role

  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Basic knowledge of MS suite
  • Detail oriented and mature-minded
  • Able to work as a team and take direction from multiple departments
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
