RS Metrics is looking for a passionate ESG technology-focused Director of Strategic Partnerships. This individual will have a proven track record in closing B2B sales across ESG, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. Reporting directly to the CEO, they will manage the strategic partnership process from prospecting through successful deployment, while consistently meeting assigned partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

ESGSignals platform provides satellite derived, real-time, objective Environmental and Physical Risk metrics at an asset-level across the MSCI ACWI universe of companies.

Managing existing and closing new business with aggressive quarterly and annual goals.

Leveraging RS Metrics’ ESGSignals platform to create go to market partnerships with Technology Companies (Google, GCP, Microsoft), Exchanges (CME, SGX, B3, ICE), Consulting (BCG, McKinsey), Implementation (Infosys, Deloitte) and others.

Expand RS Metrics’ reach within key accounts mentioned above and work with their go to market teams to develop the strategic goals and tactical plans necessary to generate revenue for ESGSignals.

Managing and cultivating relationships with existing clients to support continued sales growth within key Global 2000 accounts.

Learn & advance expertise of technical concepts as required for selling complex platform/product.

Display persistence and discipline in following up with leads and prospects.

Becoming familiar with all product solutions and the competitive climate.

Conducting online and onsite presentations to demonstrate RS Metrics product offerings.

Participating and networking at industry events and tradeshows.

Key Requirements, Background, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

5+ years of successful Data Analytics, Enterprise Software, SaaS, Sales or Business Development experience.

Knowledge of and experience in the predictive analytics and ESG analytics space highly weighted.

Utilize tailored communication, account management methodology, and influencing skills to manage and upsell to a key select accounts.

Ability to interface with all levels within customer organizations to include ESG, Data Teams, Sales, Asset Management, and other senior leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Persistence and the ability to work independently and hustle (startup environment).
