The Big Task
The Customer Service Team puts a human face on all of Seaside Plumbing’s customer touchpoints. You’ll be on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with appointment needs – as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional misunderstanding. You’re going to be completely empowered to WOW our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls regarding company services, setting up customer accounts, and scheduling technicians
- Provide timely follow up with the customer by making outbound customer calls
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
- Update customer information in the customer service database
- Answer customer questions while navigating through multiple systems
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
- Min call volume of 80 calls handled
- Speed to lead – anything assigned to you is handled in UNDER 15 min. . . ideally it’s handled much faster
- No missed leads on anything assigned to you
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience/ Call Center experience a plus
- Must be able to maintain consistent expected call volume and other non-negotiables which will be discussed upon hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept in satisfying customer needs
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate through multiple systems
- Must have strong follow up skills
- Must be moderate to strong in MS Office/Google Drive
- Must have knowledge of basic scheduling
- Must have good typing skills and basic math skills
- Should be able to assess situations quickly and enter information quickly into systems
- Strong in problem resolution
- Occasional 12-8 and Saturday shifts will be required, but scheduled in advance
Other requirements:
- Clean Background
- Pass Drug Test
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Service Titan System experience is a plus but not required.
