We are looking for a detailed and results-driven Accounting Administrator to join the team.
Full time, 40 hours a week.
This position is responsible for creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization, providing analysis and presentation of financial information, and for the administration of a variety of accounting and financial activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable
- Maintaining daily spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Excel
- Batching and processing invoices daily
- Maintaining memberships and managing recurring service events
- Processing field tickets daily, moving and updating notes in the system, catching and fixing errors
- Responsible for ensuring all cash and adjustments are recorded, balanced, and within compliance, obtaining additional approvals from the Supervisor for any exceptions
- Payroll – Assisting in aspects of payroll, entering new employees, etc.
- Serve as a backup to Sr Accounting Manager as needed
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of general administration and/or accounting experience preferred
- Excel/Google Sheets experience is required, all applicants will be required to take a basic knowledge test
- 2 - 3 years of QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred
- Payroll experience is preferred (multi-state payroll is a plus)
- A self-starter, who can be trusted to get the job done correctly and on time
- Must have the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks/projects
