Job Description
Support the development and implementation of real estate strategies to achieve long-term operational and financial goals for the portfolio.
Build strong client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering a high level of service to support effective portfolio management.
Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders to ensure direction, alignment, and buy-in for proposed strategies.
Develop and manage Excel-based financial models to assess portfolio data, delivering actionable insights for strategy recommendations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, gathering economic, demographic, and real estate market data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the development, approval, and implementation of real estate strategies, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate strategy recommendations and analysis outcomes to senior management and clients.
Monitor and mitigate potential risks in alignment with governance policies and portfolio compliance standards.
Provide ad hoc benchmarking and insights on cost, space usage, and services to position the organization as an industry leader in innovation.
Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights, transforming findings into meaningful recommendations for strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
4-7+ years of relevant experience in real estate portfolio strategy, planning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Esri is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to present complex data clearly to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and a high sense of urgency.
Background in real estate or consulting, with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $111,350.00 - $131,000.00
