We are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Austin, Texas. As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with supervising and training accounting staff, maintaining financial records, and preparing monthly financial statements. This role provides a unique opportunity to partake in various financial projects, including budgeting and auditing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide training to accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in their tasks.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and expense reporting processes to maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintain financial workpapers and record monthly journal entries, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Perform monthly close procedures including variance analysis and account reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements to provide up-to-date financial status to the management.

• Assist in budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency and viability.

• Participate in auditing processes, ensuring all financial transactions and records comply with the established standards.

• Use Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline accounting functions.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions, ensuring timely billing and collection.

• Assist the Controller with various ad hoc projects as needed, providing necessary support and expertise.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary, Advanced MS Excel, NetSuite

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a key requirement

• Familiarity with BlackLine software is a must

• Knowledge of Concur software is essential

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software is required

• Proficiency in managing Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Must have prior experience in Auditing, CPA Preferred

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required.
