Job Description
Accounting Supervisor role
• Efficiently process and manage various financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
• Oversee and carry out month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes and reporting requirements effectively.
• Conduct monthly trial balance and margin analyses to provide valuable insights into financial performance.
• Mentor and guide fellow accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, detail-oriented growth, and high performance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external auditors, responding promptly and accurately to all inquiries.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the profitability and quality within the accounting function by identifying opportunities for procedural improvements and implementing best practices.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the accounting department.
