We are currently recruiting for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join a service-related company based in Santa Ana. This temporary position offers a structured work schedule from Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and is anticipated to last approximately 6 months.

Pay up to $26 per hour and will be working onsite. 

Key Duties for the Accounting Assistant:
  • Review and verify AP invoices from subcontractors, supplier and vendors against the purchase orders
  • Ensure the accuracy of the payments against the contracts
  • Maintain the current accounts, posting entries from supporting documents and records and verifying of invoices
  • Handle the research and discrepancies 
Key Requirements for the Accounting Assistant:
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
