We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team, located in Mint Hill, North Carolina. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing financial information by handling various tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with various parties. This role is vital in the financial planning and decision making of the company.
Responsibilities
• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
• Perform financial reconciliations and data analysis as part of year-end close procedures
• Collaborate with third parties for system setup and team building
• Contribute to process improvement and system design initiatives
• Assist in M& A activities, due diligence processes, and entity coordination
• Support in the management of accounts payable and invoice processing
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and functions• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Demonstrated ability to accurately code invoices
• Experience in processing and approving invoices
• Proficient in using QuickBooks software
