We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to be a part of our team located in Rochester, New York. As an Accounting Clerk, your primary role will be to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of account transactions, maintain precise records, and handle billing related activities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Handle account reconciliation tasks efficiently
• Maintain precise records of accounts payable and receivable
• Resolve any customer inquiries related to billing and account transactions
• Use software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Ensure all financial data is entered accurately into the system
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is needed
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Competence in Billing is important
• Adeptness in Data Entry is a must
• Skill in Invoice Processing is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of Oracle is essential
• Experience with QuickBooks is important
• Familiarity with SAP is a must
