Compensation: $45.00 - $48.00/hr
Length of Assignment: at least 12 months if not longer (potential to convert at end of assignment)
Preferred schedule/flex time options? M-F: 8:00 - 4:00 pm, 7:00 - 3:00 pm, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
Directly supervise a team of six and oversee the following accounting areas:
Banking and Cash Applications
Accounts Receivable
Customer Invoicing
Accounts Payable
PCard Processing
Payroll
Employee Expense Reimbursement
Coordinate with the General Ledger Manager to Review/Approve the following monthly items prepared by staff:
Adjusting Journal Entries
GL Account Reconciliations/Analyses
Oversee cash management function, including:
Manage staff and cash processes
Primary contact for vendors supporting cash processes
Oversee payroll processes including:
Recording of third-party payroll files
Recording of STI and LTI Plans
Employee expense reimbursements
Filing of annual required 1099s
Oversee AR and AP processes including:
Daily Postings
Cash Receipts
Cash Payments
Service Revenues
Collections Follow Up
Responsible for maintenance of accounting systems and modules. Including identifying and implementing process improvements and system upgrades.
Coordinate quarterly and annual closes, including assisting with SOX requirements and audit requests.
Identify and implement accounting process improvements and system upgrades.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with 10 years corporate general accounting experience
Cost Accounting experience in manufacturing environment
Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
Experience working in an established ERP System.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, third party payroll processing systems and accounting system software a must.
Pay Details: $10.00 per hour
