Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a well-known Technology Group to hire an Accounting Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis in the Southlake area paying between $23 to $25/hr, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle Accounting experience with an emphasis on AP Travel and Expenses, Billing, Cash Receipts, and Payment Processing. Invoicing and Billing
Match Receipts and Code all activity weekly
Load/post cards in MS Dynamics monthly
Review all receipts to ensure in compliance with T&E policy
Load/post cards in Microsoft Dynamics monthly
Cash receipt and application
Invoice delivery for assigned clients (multiple portals and some emailed)
Perform audit/review steps prior to delivery
AR Invoice Input into accounting software (MS Dynamics)
Address client inquiries and concerns regarding billing promptly and professionally.
Accounts Receivable Tracking
Monitor accounts receivable balances and aging reports, identifying overdue accounts and taking appropriate actions to secure payments.
Payment Processing
Record and process client payments accurately, including checks and electronic transfers.
Ensure payments are applied to the correct client accounts.
Assist in the collections process by sending payment reminders, statements, and follow-up

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
