LHH is proud to partner with a leading corporate services company in the Grapevine/Southlake, TX area to find a talented Hybrid Accounting Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial excellence while enjoying a flexible hybrid work arrangement. After training, you’ll work in-office 1 to 2 days per week and remotely the rest of the time. The position offers a competitive salary of $100–110K, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the P&L, revenue management, gross margin analysis, and financial reporting process. You’ll lead a skilled Accounts Receivable (AR) team, manage the AR workflow, and tackle critical financial tasks such as month-end close, gross margin analysis, financial statement preparation, and reimbursable invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, implement process improvements, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the AR team, ensuring effective oversight of invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation.
Review revenue and gross margin trends, identifying areas for optimization.
Oversee reimbursable invoicing and ensure alignment with client contracts.
Handle tax filings, including sales/use tax, gross receipts, unclaimed property, and revenue apportionment.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial processes.
Drive initiatives to streamline operations and strengthen controls.
Support annual audits, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with leadership or management experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and its application.
Advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, train, and mentor a team.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
Ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
