We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. In this role, you will be primarily focusing on tasks related to account reconciliation and data entry in the credit union industry. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments.
• Conduct cash reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
• Oversee the balancing of ATM General Ledger (GL).
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions.
• Maintain and update customer credit records as required.
• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with high accuracy.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with the ability to reconcile transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Strong Data Entry skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts and using advanced formulas.
• Experience with QuickBooks, including managing financial data and generating reports.
• Knowledge of SAP financial software, with the ability to navigate and use its features effectively.
• Experience in Cash Reconciliations, with the ability to ensure that all cash transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
