As we continue to expand our network, we are looking to hire additional accounting personnel.

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for executing accounts payable (AP) responsibilities full cycle for Maverix Broadband Holdings., End-to-End Construction LLC, Splice Techs LLC and EngiNuity Works LLC (all subsidiaries).


Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for appropriate approval and supporting documentation
  • Post invoices
  • Reconcile statements
  • Process weekly AP runs
  • Track and manage monthly operating expenses
  • Maintain subcontractor and independent contractor data
  • Request and maintain W-9 forms
  • Request and maintain current certificates of liability insurance
  • Perform credit card and bank reconciliations
  • Perform general ledger data entry and account reconciliations
  • Complete month-end closing responsibilities
  • Complete calendar year-end responsibilities
  • Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through clear communication and professional conduct
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
  • Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting
  • Comply with national and local financial regulations
  • Assist senior accounting team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Superb time management skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with accounting software and online platforms
