We are currently looking for a skilled Invoicing Specialist to join a dynamic team in Auburn Alabama. This role requires expertise in invoicing and billing, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing process, ensuring that our clients are billed accurately and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the invoicing process, ensuring the timely and accurate billing of clients.
  2. Identify, analyze, and rectify any billing discrepancies, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process.
  3. Maintain an organized record of all invoices and transactions.
  4. Collaborate with sales, distribution, and other relevant departments to optimize invoicing and billing procedures.
  5. Assist in the preparation and presentation of various billing-related reports.
  6. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes and systems.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in billing or invoicing.
  2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  3. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  1. Experience in a distribution setting is a significant plus.
  2. Exposure to general accounting principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in using NetSuite is highly desirable.
