Miami, FL or Boston, MA Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales, share, and profitability across categories and key trade channels. Lead consumer insights and data-driven strategies to maximize growth and build brand market share. Oversee new product development and manage projects from concept to launch. Identify and drive advertising, merchandising, PR, and digital marketing opportunities for the brand portfolio. Communicate effectively across the organization to align brand vision and corporate goals. Cultivate and lead a high-performance, diverse marketing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Manage agency partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience. Preferred Experience: Proven leader with extensive consumer marketing experience across the beauty industry (skincare, fragrance, makeup). Cross-functional influence and expertise in brand building, market segmentation, and omni-channel communications. Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging consumer insights to drive innovation. Experienced in targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha, with a deep understanding of digital media and consumer engagement.
