Sandis is hiring: Accounting Assistant in Roseville

Sandis is currently looking for a Temp Accounting Assistant to join our team in our Roseville office. The term of this position is 3 - 6 months. Our ideal candidate is detailed-oriented and organized. We think you will love it here if you are looking for a fast-paced role!

Cool Stuff you get to do:

• Prepare all Accounts Payable transactions for approval and processing.
• Assist Sr. Accountant in accounts receivable activities.
• Deposit accounts receivable checks daily.
• Aid in collections which will involve interacting with clients.
• Reconcile credit card statements monthly.
• Reconcile vendor and client accounts.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
• Complete lien waivers to collect receivables from clients.
• Participate in the month-end close process and assist in various general accounting and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Communication with Clients (Email & Phone) regarding collection efforts
• Scan documents into company network

What will help you be successful:

• 1+ years of related accounting experience, with some AR collection effort preferred.
• Accuracy and efficiency when processing a high volume of data.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excel - Basic level skills necessary
• Accounting Software experience (Ajera preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills
