What You'll Do
Under the direct supervision of the CFO this position performs the following functions:
- Creates and enters new vendors in QuickBooks
- Organizes, checks and enters invoices into FileVine (our case management system) and Quickbooks online
- Obtains and organizes W-9s from vendors
- Processes timecards for payroll for all hourly employees
- Records and makes deposits into multiple bank accounts
- Prints weekly check run
- Prepares various Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Case Costs Reports
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO
Required Competencies
- Law firm experience highly preferred
- Quickbooks online, Excel, Word
- Law firm case management experience, especially Filevine, a strong plus
- Accuracy and Detail Orientation
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work well without constant supervision
- Confidentiality
- Associates degree in Accounting a plus
Only candidates with Quickbooks experience will be reviewed and considered.
This is a full-time IN OFFICE role.
