Accounting Responsibilities Required:

  • Posting deals, submitting service and warranty contracts for new & used retail car deals
  • Recording of vehicle sales, request & process lien payoffs for wholesale sales & used car purchases
  • Dealership Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable - Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, collection of dealership AR balances, refunds, warranty cancellations, regional check runs, daily deposits, posting deals, and account reconciliations
  • General Dealership Accounting - FTC, RDR, Rebate & Bank Reconciliation
  • Tax returns

Office Clerk Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Detail-oriented with documentation skills and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and data
  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization both in person and through written correspondence and presentations
  • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate and able to learn Company software
