ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Operations - Smart Compliance Solutions (SCS)
The Senior Director, Operations will play a pivotal role in driving seamless software delivery, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and continuously improving processes to support the Smart Compliance Solutions (SCS) portfolio. This role will foster a culture of excellence, promote best practices, and ensure alignment between our software development efforts and the SCS business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Standards:
Establish and maintain software development governance frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and value-based development across all initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration and Alignment:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
Drive the adoption of value-driven and outcome-based processes, and methodologies to enhance software delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning:
Provide strategic oversight and guidance for the software delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with SCS BU’s goals and priorities. Talent Development and Continuous Learning:
Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve conflicts within the team and with external partners. Qualifications: 7+ years experience in Project/Program Management. Proven experience in strategic management, particularly in software development or a related field. Strong background in change management and workflow optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations and people effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies and procedures.
