We’re looking for a NetSuite Accounting Coordinator to help us stay on top of our accounting functions, from A/P and A/R to monthly reconciliations and financial reporting. Position Overview:

** This is for an in office position**
As the NetSuite Accounting Coordinator, you’ll be taking charge of managing all accounting activities within the NetSuite platform. This includes everything from handling accounts payable and receivable, to monthly bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with year-end closing. You’ll work closely with the COO and other department heads, and also lead a small remote team to help keep things running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s hands-on and wants to own a key part of the accounting function in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NetSuite accounting functions to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately across the platform.
  • Own and manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), making sure payments are processed on time and all transactions are accurate.
  • Handle monthly bank reconciliations and assist with year-end closing, ensuring everything adds up and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Help with budgeting, making sure our financial plans align with company goals and resources.
  • Perform break-even analysis to track and understand our financial health.
  • Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management, ensuring everything is tracked properly and stays within budget.
  • Lead a small remote accounting team, making sure everyone stays on track and works together to meet deadlines.
  • Pitch in with other accounting tasks as needed, from audits to special projects.
