The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial operations related to condo property management, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, managing the budget preparation process, and conducting regular reconciliations of financial accounts. The Head of Property Accounting will also be expected to collaborate with property managers, monitor cash flow, and assist with both internal and external audits.Applicants for the Head of Property Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' of accounting experience in a property management or real estate environment. A CPA or CMA certification is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
