About the role

As Core Accounting Systems Manager, your main focus is on implementing, and innovating the technology stack across Finance and Accounting to ensure that our partner's accounting systems remain robust and innovative as they continue to grow. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s core accounting systems, including ERP Netsuite, revenue systems, and payroll platforms
  • Leading system enablement teams that drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solution designs that align with IT architecture and strategy guidelines
  • Collaborating with IT teams to maximize the value of data, tools, and technologies
  • Providing expertise in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating IT-related SOX risks; ensuring accurate and reliable reporting and maintaining secure, resilient IT operations

  • Strong background in technology with a passion for solving complex and unique challenges
  • Deep expertise with ERP systems like Netsuite, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition and payroll systems
  • Possess leadership abilities to inspire and guide high-performing teams
  • Experience in finance systems management, particularly in a public company or through IPO processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of SOX requirements, technology trends, and IT project management
