Accounting Specialist, Broadview
Salary: $50-$60k
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities
- Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and reconcile credit card statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in improving and streamlining accounting processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the moving or trucking industry is preferred but not required.
