We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for an Accounting & Finance Business Partner to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage accounting operations including monthly close, management reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
- Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office.
- Coordinates and direct preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Analyzes financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
- Reviews and monitor monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy.
- Partners with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning.
- Responsible for financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward looking strategies.
- Prepares annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by working with Team Leads and PCL to identify drivers and create yearly goals.
- Prepares Ad hoc and monthly financial reporting.
- Mentors and trains Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists.
- Assists Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Required
- 3-5 years’ of in an Accounting or Finance position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time; Travel may include but not limited to B&B offices and attending B&B training and events.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
