A full service Real Estate Company is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clerical duties such as scanning, filing, mailing, answering phones, etc.
- Assist Accounting Department with data entry, AR/AP
- Assist homeowners with account questions and research payments
- Perform special projects, as necessary

Job Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree
- Experience: 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
