A full service Real Estate Company is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clerical duties such as scanning, filing, mailing, answering phones, etc.
  • Assist Accounting Department with data entry, AR/AP
  • Assist homeowners with account questions and research payments
  • Perform special projects, as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills

  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
