Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant will perform the following duties:

• Reconcile employee receivables.
• Assist in accounts payable (A/P) processes.
• Assist the billing office.
• Serve as a point of contact for preferred suppliers.
• Manage and organize documents.
• Support additional projects as directed by the CFO.

Training or Experience Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Costpoint is a plus.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
