Job Description:

-Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the financial operations for parent company and its portfolio companies, applying strategic foresight and operational expertise to drive financial health and compliance.
-Comprehensive Financial Oversight: Manage monthly closes, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance across multiple entities, optimizing financial resources and processes.
-Insightful Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and review financial statements, generate internal reports, and provide key financial metrics and forecasts to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
-Daily Transactional Excellence: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor relationships, payroll administration, and the management of offshore accountants, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.

Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience
-CPA strongly preferred
-high-growth company experience
-adaptable and agile
