Client Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper
Rudler, PSC is seeking a Client Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to add to our growing team. The firm has positions available at all levels, from someone getting started in their career, to an experienced professional.

As an Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with multiple clients, in a wide variety of industries
- Monthly account reconciliations
- General ledger maintenance
- Prepare client report and complete month-end close
Our Client Accounting Specialists use a variety of accounting packages and tools, including:
- QuickBooks Online
- Bill.com
- Various Payroll Providers
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Associate degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience) required.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required.
- Excellent communication skills along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
