Makeready LLC is hiring: Accounting Coordinator - Part-time in Dallas

This individual is a master of the numbers, they know that the story is always ends there. They are able to use their keen attention to detail to make sure everything adds up, aligns and makes sense.

*This role will be part-time*

Requested Tasks

-Work directly with vendors related to annual audit

-Prepare and file 1099’s

-Oversee and manage leadership expense reporting

Preferred Qualifications

-Bachelors degree preferred

-At least 2 years of hands-on experience with general ledger accounting

-Extensive experience with Excel and related accounting programs

-Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills

-Prior experiences with month-end
