TGG Accounting is hiring: Accounting Clerk - Project Manager Coordinator in Summ

Salary: $60K - $65K

Our client in the Summerville area has an immediate opening for a qualified Accounting Clerk.

Compensation: $60K - $65K + Benefits

Schedule: 5 days in office

Position Overview:

• Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, ensuring accurate coding.
• File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill.com
• Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise.
• Manage Vendor relationships (W9, insurance requirements, lien waivers).
• Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets.
• Obtain and file project permits.
• Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing, as-built review, and project closeout documentation.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable.
• 1+ years of Bill.com experience is preferred.
• Understanding of expense reports is required.
