Busy and growing tax/financial planning practice in Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking a full-time, knowledgeable accounting professional to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office required
- Perform after the fact monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting services for clients in many different industries
- Prepare and file sales tax
- Prepare and file payroll taxes
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations including year end tie outs to tax returns
- Understanding and interpreting company financials, general ledgers and posting journal entries
- Assist with any other items as needed
Qualifications:
- MUST have 3+ years of experience.
- Attention to detail is a must as most of the work is deadline oriented.
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online
- Quickbooks Pro Advisor is A+
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate MUST be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
