Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient time management.

• Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking visas when needed.

• Oversee and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner.

• Handle the CEO's email correspondences, ensuring all emails are responded to or redirected as necessary.

• Prepare and assist in creating board presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and well-presented.

• Coordinate event planning as required, taking care of all logistical details.

• Take notes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.

• Carry out personal tasks for the CEO as and when required.

• Make restaurant reservations for the CEO and other executives as necessary.

Requirements:

• Exceptional skills in Calendar Management are required for effective scheduling and organization.

• Excellent communication abilities are essential to facilitate smooth interaction with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in managing correspondence is necessary to handle both internal and external communications.

• Must possess adept note taking skills for accurate record-keeping during meetings and discussions.

• Experience in making and managing Book Travel Arrangements for executives is crucial.

• Ability to Coordinate Travel Arrangements efficiently to ensure seamless business trips.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Expense Reconciliation is required for accurate and timely financial management.
