Executive Assistant – Kutztown, PA
LHH is proactively recruiting for an Executive Assistant in Kutztown, PA. This position is a Direct Hire position. 100% onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $90,000-100,000 depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Scheduling conferences and meetings
Handling travel both international and domestic
Expense Reporting
Planning Events
Setting up itineraries for travel
Qualifications:
Can Start ASAP
Must be proficient in Excel, Concur, and Adobe
Must have experience supporting a C-suite level
Good written and verbal communications
Good attention to detail
Employment type: Direct Hire
Salary: The anticipated salary range is between $90,000- $100,000
