We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide support to a high-profile individual. This part-time role requires managing a variety of tasks, including personal errands, professional scheduling, and event coordination. Most responsibilities can be handled remotely; however, occasional travel for events or personal assistance may be required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting high-profile figures and will be adept at handling both routine and urgent tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a part-time role, working 8-12 hours per week. Key Responsibilities : Calendar & Schedule Management : Coordinate and manage a complex personal and professional calendar, ensuring appointments, events, and deadlines are efficiently organized and communicated. Travel Arrangements : Handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure seamless logistics for both business and personal travel. Correspondence & Communication : Act as a primary point of contact for external communications, managing emails, phone calls, and social media messages. Draft and respond to correspondence with discretion and professionalism. Event Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of both personal and professional events, including meetings, appearances, and social engagements. Personal Assistance : Manage personal errands and tasks as requested, from making purchases to organizing household needs. Confidentiality : Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the employer's personal and professional life. Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience supporting high-profile individuals or celebrities. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and handle varying tasks with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Flexibility for occasional travel and the ability to respond to urgent tasks outside of standard working hours. Preferred Skills : Experience in event coordination or PR. Familiarity with social media management. Additional Requirements : Must be available for occasional travel, including potential overnight stays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
