We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide support to a high-profile individual. This part-time role requires managing a variety of tasks, including personal errands, professional scheduling, and event coordination. Most responsibilities can be handled remotely; however, occasional travel for events or personal assistance may be required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting high-profile figures and will be adept at handling both routine and urgent tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a part-time role, working 8-12 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage a complex personal and professional calendar, ensuring appointments, events, and deadlines are efficiently organized and communicated.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure seamless logistics for both business and personal travel.
  • Correspondence & Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for external communications, managing emails, phone calls, and social media messages. Draft and respond to correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of both personal and professional events, including meetings, appearances, and social engagements.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage personal errands and tasks as requested, from making purchases to organizing household needs.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the employer's personal and professional life.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience supporting high-profile individuals or celebrities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle varying tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and the ability to respond to urgent tasks outside of standard working hours.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in event coordination or PR.
  • Familiarity with social media management.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available for occasional travel, including potential overnight stays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
