Responsibilities:
As the administrative support professional for executives, I excel in calendar management, ensuring efficient scheduling and
coordination of appointments, meetings, and events. Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders, I adeptly handle communication tasks, drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence and documents. Additionally, I meticulously arrange and coordinate travel plans, aligning with executives' preferences and business needs. In meetings, I facilitate organization by preparing agendas, documents, and presentations, while also taking minutes and disseminating relevant information. With a knack for administrative tasks, I handle office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies, alongside managing expense reports and reimbursement processes. Upholding strict confidentiality, I safeguard sensitive information and contribute to various projects, offering problem-solving skills to address challenges and streamline processes, ultimately enhancing overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience supporting executives or leadership teams.
