We are looking for an Executive Assistant to undertake various administrative duties.
About this position
Executive Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our Company, like handling errands, managing the company CEO's schedule, and arranging corporate travels. An essential part of your role will be to ensure smooth communication with coworkers and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage scheduling for the company CEO
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company CEO
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Perform corporate travel process: make and manage a business travel plan for employees before they embark on business trips.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or in related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Superb organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Labor, Humen Resources, or relevant field are a plus.
