Personal Executive Assistant
Busy CEO seeks a Personal Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support. The Personal Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. In addition to supporting the CEO and his family members, the Personal Executive Assistant will also be of service to the team, as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support CEO directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management and answering calls.
- Interacts well with all levels of personnel including executives, attorneys, property management, construction and staff
- Performs clerical duties including answering of telephone, screening incoming calls, retrieving mail, arranging meetings, fax transmittals,
- Handle travel coordination, car services, event planning and itineraries for the team and family members including but not limited to corporate travel, business trips, family vacations and/or extracurricular activities.
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills; great follow through on action items and works well in a fast-paced organization and able to pivot when the priorities shift.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
- Draft correspondence, emails and letters.
- Data management / input.
- Run office/personal errands as requested.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility of day, evening and weekend hours.
- Candidate must be able to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information, confidentiality and discretion, both internally with employees and externally with clients.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities.
- Candidate must have good analytical skills, judgment and decision making, planning, time management, attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Must have superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office and have an ability to learn new software.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant.
