A highly successful entertainment company in LA is seeking an Executive Assistant. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the company Chairman and CEO.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Manage executives' calendar and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and confirmations, both

internal and external, for all levels in various time zones.

Monitor incoming calls and roll calls as needed.

Anticipate needs and provides administrative support to the executive.

Generate and distribute materials for meetings.

Review and ensure executives' needs are met for any domestic and international travel.

Maintain any files, contacts, including confidential and critical documents.

Manage incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.

Process expense reports.

Submit health insurance claims.

Other adhoc projects.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Executive Assistant experience at an Entertainment company preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to assess and determine priorities.

Must be able to perceive when an issue is sensitive and handle appropriately.

Experience within and knowledge of the entertainment industry.

Ability to prioritize, manage, and track multiple tasks and action items simultaneously.

Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with problem-solving skills and a sense of

accountability.

Ability to self-motivate and work independently, follow-up as needed, and see matters

through to completion.

Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Interact with all levels

Must remain flexible, adaptable, and efficient and anticipate the needs of the executive.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
