Our client is a unique care organization in the Rogue Valley, locally owned and community-focused, bringing innovation to healthcare throughout the area. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is passionate about supporting dedicated caregivers and works well with professional and international team members. Our client's rapidly growing in-home care agency is expanding to meet the needs of Southern Oregon.
Position Role:
The Executive Assistant will report to the CEO and be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the agency office, while assisting the CEO in organizing and directing the agency's ongoing functions. Business administration, graphic design, and social media management are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
The Executive Assistant will be required to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and carrying. This role also involves prolonged periods of desk and computer work.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided to the public regarding services.
- Maintain internal operating systems.
- Participate in quality improvement programs.
- Support the CEO in ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations affecting the agency.
- Handle general office/clerical duties (filing, typing, copying, scanning, answering calls, and responding to emails, faxes, and messages).
- Attend networking meetings, follow up as needed, and engage in professional societies.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Drive company vehicle for office and client-related tasks as needed.
- Be well-versed in company policies and Oregon Administrative Rules.
- Uphold a positive and safe work environment.
- Maintain client, employee, and agency confidentiality as required by HIPAA and other guidelines.
- Communicate relevant matters to the team and CEO.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and agency staff.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and customer service.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms. Experience with newsletter software and advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience in a health-related field.
- Experience in hospitality or event planning.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of management experience in a health-related field or office setting.
- Ability to pass screening tests, including criminal background checks.
- Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
