Temp Executive Assistant | San Francisco
 
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support an Executive Director of an established nonprofit based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience providing executive-level assistance and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
 
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $30 - $40 /hr DOE
Work Type: Temp, Fully Onsite
 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling appointments, managing email and communication, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed

  • Managing and maintaining the Executive Director's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are efficiently organized

  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Assisting with the organization and planning of events and meetings

  • Performing research and gathering information as requested by the Executive Director

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 
Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience providing executive-level assistance

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
