Job Description
Temp Executive Assistant | San Francisco
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support an Executive Director of an established nonprofit based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience providing executive-level assistance and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $30 - $40 /hr DOE
Work Type: Temp, Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling appointments, managing email and communication, and coordinating travel arrangements
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
Managing and maintaining the Executive Director's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are efficiently organized
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the organization and planning of events and meetings
Performing research and gathering information as requested by the Executive Director
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience providing executive-level assistance
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
