Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of Goldstream Group. This role requires an exceptional individual who can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities, demonstrate strong project management skills, and contribute to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
    • Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
    • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and conferences
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
    • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution
    • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
  3. Business Development:
    • Assist in researching potential business opportunities and partnerships
    • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials for business development initiatives
    • Coordinate and attend networking events and industry conferences
    • Develop, maintain, and update the company's customer relationships management system
  4. Communications:
    • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the President
    • Manage internal and external communications, including Facebook, Linkedin, Constant Contact, ensuring a consistent and professional tone
    • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies
  5. Administrative Duties:
    • Manage office operations and maintain a productive work environment
    • Process expense reports and handle other financial tasks as needed
    • Coordinate team events and activities to foster a positive company culture


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, online communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in business development and project management preferred
