A Los Angeles-based private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of investor relations professionals. The ideal candidate will have IR experience, will be extremely detailed oriented and a team player! Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Coordinate a high-volume of internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Arrange travel plans with detailed itineraries
  • Roadshow coordination
  • CRM tracking and updates


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
